The six commitments
Not statements of intent, but settings enforced on every single AI call.
AI inference in the EU
Every model call is pinned to an EU region (Amazon Bedrock, eu-central-1). If a provider cannot serve that region the call fails — it does not quietly route elsewhere.
Zero data retention
Calls only ever go to providers with a verified zero-data-retention agreement: prompts and outputs are deleted once the request completes and are not stored at the model provider.
No training on your data
Routing to any provider that trains on prompts is technically excluded — set explicitly and independently of the zero-data-retention guarantee.
No bank access
hentschel.ai never asks for online banking or broker credentials. You create your portfolio yourself or import it — by text, export or screenshot.
No orders, no money
There is no trading connection. The AI cannot buy or sell securities, and no assets are managed or transferred. You execute, at your own broker.
Passkeys instead of passwords
Sign in with Face ID, a fingerprint, your device PIN or a security key — and switch password sign-in off entirely if you want to.
Where your data goes — and where it does not
Four kinds of data, four different paths.

The switches sit in your settings, not in a support form.

- Live web research — switchable, without limiting the rest of the analysis.
- Cross-chat memory — switchable, and individually deletable.
- Public share links — switchable, and existing links are revoked immediately.
- Delete your account and its data — straight from your settings.
What we do not promise
Security is not a marketing claim, and neither is completeness. Market data comes from third parties, metrics and scores are computed by us, and the prose is generated by an AI model — every one of those layers can be wrong. hentschel.ai is a research and analysis tool, not investment advice; it manages no assets and executes no orders.
